Return and Refund Policy

At Mohna India, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with every purchase. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at +919530458117 with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

2.2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Refund Policy

3.1. We DO NOT have a refund policy however one can avail store credits of the returned value and use them whenever they wish to without any expiry date within 2 days of we receiving the original product back.

3.2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part which should be shared with us via video/picture proof within 7 days after order delivery.

3.3. If you are approved for a refund in the rarest of the cases, the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.

4.2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and also offer a replacement including shipping charges within next 1-2 working days.

7. Return Shipping

7.1. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, except in cases of damaged or defective items or any issue or mistake which has happened from our side.
